The protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is a major and very important concern for us, as we also want to create a basis for trusting business relationships with our customers and interested parties.
We would therefore like to inform you in detail below about which data is collected via our website and how it is processed and used by us. This information is provided in accordance with Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"):

Data processing for the provision of the website and for the creation of log files

Processed data
Each time the content of our website is accessed, data is temporarily stored that may allow the accessing person to be identified. The following data may be collected:

  • IP address and host name of the accessing end device
  • Information about the browser type, its version and the language used
  • Operating system (type and version)
  • Amount of data transferred and access status (e.g. "access successful")
  • Website from which the website was accessed
  • Pages visited on our website
  • Websites accessed via the website
  • Files that have been downloaded
The temporary storage of the data is necessary for the course of a website visit in order to enable the website to be displayed. Further storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of the information technology systems. These processing purposes are in our legitimate interest (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Recipients of the data
Our website is hosted by an external service provider. If the service provider also processes personal data on our behalf, we have concluded a data processing agreement with this service provider in this regard in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Storage duration
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. With regard to the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session ends.
Log files are only accessible to the responsible administrators and are deleted after seven days at the latest.

Data processing as a result of your contact with us

Processed data
We process the personal data you provide to us in the course of contacting, such as your personal e-mail address or content information, exclusively to process your request, whereby no data is passed on to third parties. This processing purpose lies in our legitimate interest (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we also carry this out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b GDPR .

Recipients of the data
We may also use processors for technical information and communication services, who then process the data on our behalf as part of their services. We conclude data processing agreements with such processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Storage duration
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account of statutory retention periods.

Right to information
You can request information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR about your data that we process.

Right to rectification
If the information concerning you is not (or is no longer) correct, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.

Right to erasure
You can request the deletion of your data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.

Right to restriction of processing
According to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request that the processing of your data be restricted.

Right to data portability
In the event that the requirements of Art. 20 para. 1 GDPR are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, but are justified pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The requirements of Art. 20 para. 1 GDPR are therefore not fulfilled in this respect.

Right to object
In accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms as the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable data protection law, you have the right under Art 77 para. 1 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 para. 1 GDPR.
